  1. No Refunds After Activation
    Once your account has been activated and login credentials have been issued, no refunds will be provided.

  2. Top Kat’s Discretion
    Top Kat reserves the right to grant or deny refunds at its sole discretion. Refunds may only be considered if a request is submitted within the timeframe and terms stated on your invoice.

  3. Service Quality Disclaimer
    Streaming quality depends on your device, internet connection, and geographic region. Performance issues related to factors outside of our control do not qualify for a refund.

  4. Misuse or Violations
    Any misuse of service, including but not limited to:

    • Account sharing beyond plan limits

    • Using the service for unlawful activity

    • Violation of our Terms of Service
      will void any refund eligibility.

  5. Support First
    If you encounter an issue, please contact our support team through the Client Area before requesting a refund. Many problems can be resolved quickly.
