How many devices can I use?
• Depends on your plan (2 devices on the $26 plan, 3 devices on the $39 plan).

What devices are supported?
• Android, Apple iOS, Amazon Fire TV/Stick, and more via XCIPTV or IPTV Smarters.

I paid but nothing loaded.
• Close and relaunch the app, refresh playlist, and reboot your device/router.
• If payment was late by 3+ days, service is deactivated and a $10 reconnect fee applies. After payment, allow up to 48 hours to restore.

When are support hours?
• Mon–Sat, 11am–7pm Eastern. Open a ticket from the Client Area or email topkat1@topkattv.live.

How do I avoid interruptions?
• Pay 1–2 days before your expiration date (visible at the bottom of the Top Kat TV app home screen).
